Motek Nist was founded in 2015 by Yael, the owner and mother of 3. The idea behind the store came from a personal experience, when she discovered the difficulty of finding quality and well-designed products for babies and toddlers, that would suit both new parents and home decor. While she was looking for products that would suit her needs as a mother, she noticed the lack of variety in the market – and hence the idea to establish a store that offers the best for babies, with an emphasis on comfort, design and style.

The store began as a small, charming physical store, with carefully selected products that parents would love and little ones would connect with. Then, over time and with the understanding that parents are looking for convenience, an advanced shopping experience, and immediate response, Yael decided to also set up an online website, so that customers could find everything they needed without leaving home.
